We were thoroughly delighted with Patrick’s repair of our disintegrating carpet. That Patrick himself was not happy with it and that he rang us later specially to advise us to cover the relevant area because of the condition of the surrounding carpet says wonders for his professionalism and pride in his workmanship.
Patrick’s prices are reasonable, he is clearly skilled at and dedicated to his job and he made sure we were aware of the limitations of a repair job, given the particular condition of the carpet (which had been water-damaged). Despite that we were more than happy with the result and would recommend Patrick to anyone needing a professional to repair their damaged carpet. 5 stars for Patrick!
