Patrick did an excellent job on our living room carpet. Just about to move out of the apartment and there was a small burn mark on a dark carpet which was visible. Patrick communicated what he was going to do and advised on best steps to make the patch more invisible after the mend as the new carpet patch was a different shade and less worn out.
The repair was seamless. I couldn’t point out there was a burn mark on the carpet at all. Patrick was very diligent. He called me before arriving and issued an invoice/receipt upon job completion. I would definitely be recommending Patrick to anyone who requires carpet repairs. I personally got the reco from my friend after Patrick helped fix the carpet in their apartment. Overall excellent service and top quality work!
